Based on the General Scheme of Railway Locomotive Management Information System (Transportation Information Planning Letter {2014} No. 424) and the Interim Technical Specification of Locomotive Preparation Operation Integrated Management System (No. [2015} No. 59), the Bureau/Section will combine the current situation of preparation and actual management needs, take the preparation yard as the center, integrate resources, realize the information management of locomotive preparation operation management, locomotive preparation quality control and locomotive quality analysis and control, establish the preparation information center, achieve the requirement of "data preparation", ensure the effective collection, management and analysis of preparation operation and locomotive quality information by the Bureau/Section, and realize the interoperability and sharing of locomotive preparation information.
